I am intentional about what I say. At the least, I am always trying to be. Am I perfect? Far from it, but when I react, rather than responding with intention, it’s not a win! It’s an error, and, it is not OK!

What we say matters, always! What we say, always impact somebody!

What matters is not what we say, it’s what people hear. And, if we want them to hear what we really mean, then we need to think, process and respond. We need to be intentional with what we are saying…the message we are sending!
