Do you have fun working out, training, being active?
I train, hard! I have goals, I am intentional with my workouts…my training sessions.
And YES, we need dedication, discipline, and consistency if we are aiming for results.
BUT… we must also have fun!
Think back to how active we were at recess as kids… In adult language, do you realize how many calories we burned, how much energy we expended?
I have my schedule and consistent routine, but I have my “recess” time at the gym too!
Sometimes I have extra energy, but I also incorporate recess time regularly because it’s FUN!
I do decline sit ups and throw a weighted ball to myself in my “up” and catch it during my “down”
I play with boso and stabilizer balls, kettlebell’s, etc.
I do dance fitness for fun cardio and movement.
Make the gym your playground!
Make home your playground!
Learn to make moving fun!
